This one single purchase allows you to upgrade any and all older versions of Diabetes Pilot that you've previously purchased. Click here to purchase a version of Diabetes Pilot that you have not previously purchased
This item entitles you to the latest version of:
- Diabetes Pilot Desktop, if you've purchased Diabetes Pilot Desktop from us in the past, PLUS
- Diabetes Pilot for Palm, if you've purchased Diabetes Pilot for Palm from us in the past, PLUS
- Diabetes Pilot for Pocket PC, if you've purchased Diabetes Pilot for Pocket PC from us in the past
To purchase the upgrade, please do the following:
- Follow the instructions on our website at: http://www.diabetespilot.com/upgrade.php to download and install the software at any time. The program will initially run in a free trial mode.
- You can upgrade products that you've purchased from us in the past. Use the drop-down boxes below to indicate which products you've purchased from us. Please do this accurately so that your order is not delayed.
- Click the "Add to cart" button on this page. Complete the checkout process. During the checkout process, please try to use the same name as your original purchase. If some of your contact information has changed, don't worry - we'll review your order manually, figure it out, and we'll check with you if necessary.
- After we verify your previous purchase(s), you'll receive one or more new registration codes for the products that you've purchased previously. We will send the codes via email within 2 business days. Be sure that your spam filter is not blocking email from us.
- You'll enter these codes into the software that you've previously installed (step 1). This will take the program out of trial mode and allow you to keep using it.
IMPORTANT: If you're upgrading the Palm or Pocket PC version of Diabetes Pilot, please fill in the "Owner Name" box shown below with your device's HotSync Name/Owner Name. To find your device's name, first install the update. Then, launch Diabetes Pilot on your handheld. In Diabetes Pilot, click on the "Help" menu, then "Register" (or tap on the "Register Now" button if a registration message appears). Your device's name will be displayed on the screen for you. Enter the name in the space below. Please verify that the name you entered matches the one displayed on your handheld EXACTLY.
If you're upgrading only the desktop software, just leave the "owner name" space shown below blank.
